Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We provide free ground shipping for any U.S. order over $50. Additional shipping costs may apply for expedited shipping and international shipping.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. U.S. ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to deliver. International shipping can take up to 8-15 business days to deliver once shipped. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.
How do I check my order status or order tracking?
Order status and tracking updates will be sent via email notifications. If you have any order status questions, contact support@abovecosmetics.com with your order number.
What do I do if something is wrong with my order?
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at support@abovecosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Order issues reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible to be reviewed.
How do I cancel or change my order?
We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our return policy for more details.
What is your return policy?
Return orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate an eligible return request, please contact our team at support@abovecosmetics.com for return instructions.

How long can I keep my Above products and what's the best way to store them?
Above products remain at their optimum quality and freshness for at least 2 years when stored at room temperature. Do not store products in an area which will exceed 120 degrees F.
Do Above products contain aluminum?
Yes, it is the most effective antiperspirant active on the market.
What is Above's policy on animal testing?
Above do not test on animals and don’t contains any animals ingredient.
What products does the Above brand currently sell?
We have Men, Women and Teen antiperspirant.
The use of antiperspirant can cause stains in tissues?
The stains appear through the reaction of anti-traumatic agents with the tissue and the compounds present on the skin. The best way to prevent stains on your clothing is to expect the product completely dry before get dressed.
My antitranspirant tube is full and does not work, why does this happen?
The information on the label should be observed and followed correctly with respect to agitation, because if the product is not well stirred the solid particles of the product will not disperse in the gas and there will be clogging of the actuator.
What is the difference between deodorants and antitranspirants?
Antiperspirants contain substances that reduce and / or inhibit the level of sweat glands through the formation of a protective film in the glands. And they also have deodorant effect, preventing the bacteria due to low pH. Deodorants, on the other hand, contain only active to combat the proliferation of bacteria responsible for body odor.
